Information and rules

• cash opening hours 09:00 a.m-12:30 p.m. 03:00 p.m. – 07:30 p.m. The guests who plan to leave before this time have to pay the evening before.
• Customers are requested to leave their pitch free before 12:00 p.m., after this time another day will be charged .
• The Bungalow/chalet/mobilhome will be available starting from  04:00 p.m. on the day of arrival and must be vacated before 10:00 a.m. on your departure day.
• Check in procedures: 1) you receive an entry card after giving your passport to the personnel of the reception as prescribed by law, which will only be returned upon departure 2) you receive this leaflet 3) with the allocation of pitches/accommodation by staff.
• Upon arrival customers shall declare the number of people forming the group or family, specify the days and the period of stay, customers are also requested to read the internal regulation.
• The management reserves the right - upon unquestionable management judgment – to refuse/expel undesirable customers, exceeding people or anybody not respecting this regulation.
• The user is only responsible for any dangers or risks related to the use of camping equipment, including the swimming pool, playground and others.
• The camping management is not responsible for any damage caused by any natural, accidental and unforeseeable causes.
• The personnel of the reception is always available and happy to give you advice and information.
• Services available (with an extra charge): hire bicycles, safe deposit, telex and mail delivery, booking of excursions during the high season.
• The cashier’s office is not authorized to accept personal cheques without the previous authorization of the manager.
• Telephone calls for guests are accepted only for emergencies.
• Daily visitors: Visitors are not allowed, unless it is authorized by the management. Guests shall provide an identification paper and pay the daily fee indicated in the price list, and leave the village before 09:00 pm.
• Throwing rubbish onto the ground is strictly prohibited;Please use the suitable containers .It is forbidden to:  wash your plates using the taps  on the pitches; light free fires on the campsite as well as on the beach; dig holes or canals in the ground; erect fencing or ropes at shoulder level and in general damage the camp grass and trees.
• The guests have to take care of their own objects; the management declines any responsibility for eventual thefts or damage except only those objects having been previously handed over and accepted by the management against regular receipt. The use of electric irons, kitchens and resistance refrigerator is forbidden, since free power supply is only limited to lighting requirements.
• Upon departure, the bungalow/chalet/mobilhome has to be handed over in the conditions you found it; otherwise an extra cost for the cleaning, deterioration or missing furnishing will be charged on your bill.
• The use of the warm showers as well that electricity in the place is free of charge. Other services free of charge for the guests: Camper Service, Swimming pools, Volley Ball, Beach Volley, foot ball, bowls ground, play ground and animation in high season months.
• Restaurant: daily open from  12.00 to 14.00 and from 19.00 to 22.00 (The Bar stays open until late). Take -away service and fast food are at your disposal.
• Silence time/Gate closing hours: 01.00p.m. - 03.00p.m. 00.00a.m.- 07:00a.m. • During this time cars are not allowed to enter the camping (except for check-in, cases of emergency and only after the management authorization).The guests are obliged to park their cars in the car park situated in front of the reception. Out of these times cars can enter the camp ground only at very slowly. Those who come back out of this time can park the cars in the car park and reach the place on foot. Departures are allowed starting 07:30.
• Tennis - Basket open everyday 9. a.m. - 7 p.m. the entrance and the use are free of charge. It is necessary to have rackets and balls of your own. Considering the graciousness of the service, everyone should use it in a reasonable way, mostly in the length .The staff working at the recreation has the priority in certain days to organize tournaments or activities (also out of the ordinary opening hours).
• Swimming pool adults Swimming pool children open everyday 9a.m-7 p.m. The entrance and the use are free of charge. The use of the cap is obligatory The guests have to behave themselves in a reasonable way (do not plunge, do not speak or listen to  music aloud, especially during the silence time); you will be directly expelled by the life guard as unwanted guest if you do not respect these rules. Children have to be accompanied by their parents. The life guard is available to hire pedal boats or canoes.
• Restaurant open everyday 12.00 a.m. - 02.00 p.m. / 07:00 p.m.-10.00 p.m. (after this hour only pizzeria and fast food service). A wide menu à la carte offers you the possibility to choose among different fish and meat food specialties, as well to taste our delicious pizza. Fast food and carry away.
• Bar - Market open everyday 08:00 a.m.-10:00 p.m. low season, 08:00 a.m-00:00 a.m. high season. The bar is the meeting and conversation point of the camping. In the market the following goods are available: fresh bread, fresh milk, eggs, fruits, fresh vegetables( only July and August) and any other general goods. You can also buy here stamps and camping gas. In bazaar situated in the market souvenirs of Camping Badiaccia are on sale. Services available (some against payment): coins for the washing machines, ice cooler refrigeration.
• Tennis table open everyday 9.00 a.m.- 12.30 p.m. 03.30 p.m.- 00.00 a.m. Our guests are kindly requested to avoid any disturbing noise
• Service aid: If necessary only first aid medicines are available. For serious accidents or sudden illness the nearest hospital is in Castiglione del Lago Tel.07595261
• Toilets cleaning: the personnel of the cleaning will put a warning notice delimiting the area of bathrooms not yet ready. The guests are invited to respect this rule and use only cleaned/ready toilettes.

Entering the Village Camping involves the acceptance and full observance of this regulation, which can be integrated with additional rules the management considers as necessary for better camping operations.
